(Querist) 25 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was working with a private limited company and my Rs.90000 salary amount is due with that company, and company is now not giving any reply of my any mail regarding the issue.

Now my query is how could I take legal help and what is the process to proceed for legal help? Is there any mail ID on which i can mail to labour court or concern department.

Please guide me full process.

Thanking You

Sometimes correspondence of routine nature does not help moving the company executives of stubborn nature. Very effective and compelling correspondence should have been adopted to compel them to reply to respond to your claims. That become a vital base for winning a court case, if required to be launched. You can also take resort to legal notice prepared by some local alwyer, who may be expert in labour laws, and serve the same to the company.

Issue a legal notice to the company by getting it structured from a lawyer. If the company does not pay back, file an application under the Industrial Disputes Act with the labour commissioner for the recovery of the salary due.
