sir
have confused which is the correct planning authority for sanction plan for house
( groung + 2 floors)
details of the property
1) my site is DC converted ( residential ) converted site in 1991 ( before any planning
authority started)
2) i can obtain sanction plan from LOcal PDO officer ( Chandapura) hosure road anekal tlq
, Bangalore dist
i am facing following problem
1) bank people refusing finance saying PDO has not have authority to issue permission for
ground + 2 floor
so please suggest me who is the correct permission authority for issue permission for
ground + 2 floor or ground+3 floor & i should get loan from banks for DC converted site

your local architect can guide you . he must be conversant with mannaer in which plans are sanctioned , restrictions if any , procedure to be followed

i know that where to get plan sanction permission
that is PDO officer Gram panchayathi office
but i am facing problem from bank loan process official , saying PDO can not give permission for ground + 3 floor or ground + 2 floor, i am confused about thair reaction
