Ansestor property problems

Sir/madam i have a problem with my ancestor property. My grand father has transferred his whole property in the year 89-90 to my dad and my dad's brother . my aunts are 3 now they are planning to file a case aganistus for the property share if they do so, what might be the result suggest us
