Maintenance of wife

My wife having mental disorder problem which was detected one month and 15 days after marriage ceremony and revealed it to me that it was existent before marriage and it was cunningly made by her parents.
However here my question can wife claim maintenance after nullity of marriage?

If marriage is proved, ex. wife has got no right to claim maintenance from her ex. hubby.

if you have any proof or you proved before the court that they were not inform you about this deceased, the court may passed an order to declare this marriage is null and void and after that she can not claim maintenance.

If 125 Cr. p c matter,
Cr court have no right to entertain civil matter of h-w relationship, and will order mtn.
U have to move civil court first, Get declaration of your marriage null & void, to escape mtn.

If the disease is proved and declared null and void then wife can't claim maintenance or alimony from ex husband
