498a closure

lower mm court in ap is postponing the dates & done 4 times. The compromise on 498a over, but just dodging over dates.So far 6 months passed, not sure if next date the court would close ?

Experts pls tell in 498a act is there provision to drag on the case like this inspite of compromise?
some say to do any unofficial favours to the concerned?
what is the truth?

based on comrpomise arrived at in 498 A case you cna move high court for quashing

The 498A case can not be withdrawn at your will.
The lower court gets it dismissed only on deposition of the wife.
If you are in hurry then go for mutual quashing the high court.

Move HC for quashing on the basis of the compromise.
