I was working with one C A firm for 2.5 yrs, one day i got call for interview from another organization. I told my employer about that. After getting offer i was ready to serve notice period but they become angry and told me to leave job on same day. I asked for experience certificate but they denied. After that I made fake experience certificate with fake signature (but with the correct content) and submitted in my new co. But I got caught during the verification for making fake letter. I committed a mistake of making fake sign but I was not having any other option in that case. So can I take any legal action for not providing me experience certificate. I am ready to accept my mistake.

you could have been in serious trouble for forging signature of your ex employer .
you cna reuest your exemployer to give you an experience certifcate . go and meet them and apologise for leaving abruptly .

thanks a lot sir, i have already requested for experience certificate and also apologies them. i will wait for two days more for reply. And in my fake letter i have mentioned everything correct, i.e joining date, leaving date , salary etc. What punishment will i get if i accept my fault? Because, once they have already taken advantage of my signature making art for their own benefit. And i was ready to serve notice period but they were not ready to accept it. I was not having any option except making forged signature.

Please avoid mastering the art of forging the signatures. It will land you in serious problems. Regarding punishment, that all depends on your ex-employers. If they take it light and leave you no problem. Otherwise you may face serious repurcussions. It is not that whether the contents are correct or not. The point is whether the signature is forged or not.
Either the CA gives experience certificate or not, you could have convinced your prospective employer that you were working with a CA by showing other evidences and could have told them that the employer was refusing to give certificate.
Instead of repenting for past action, be careful in your future actions. Settle the matter with the employer and come out of the problem.

You can't take any legal action against your employer for not providing you experience certificate, rather the other employer can take legal action against you, if he likes, for forgery on your part. Legally, you did not enjoy any option to fake or forge any document.
during any interview, it would however be better for you to frankly state that you cannot produce experience letter, as the CA is not willing to give any experience certificate.
