issue notice to client that you shall not be appearing on his behalf . request him to make alternative arrangments.
inform the court that you desire to with draw your appearance on behalf of your cleint .
if court permits then you no longer have to appear on behalf of the client .

If ur lawyer simply go to concerned court and withdraw ur PA in that case.
If ur a client ask ur lawyer to appear in
court to withdraw his PA in ur case.
No form for it.
Always state ur query clearly.

Dear Monjula,
You are telling half facts, and try to get answers from the experts here.
Throughout your posts in this LCI, you never indicated to the experts that you had already engaged a lawyer for your case.
And while such a Vakalatnama of your earlier lawyer is available on the record of the Court, you tried to argue your case in person.
If only you had told the correct facts, I am sure, the Experts here would have advised you to first withdraw the Vakalatnama by getting NOC from the lawyer to whom you have given it in the first place, before trying to argue your case in person.
Therefore, you have to first withdraw the Vakalatnama. Get the NOC from your lawyer that he has no objection if the Vakalatnama is withdrawn from him.
Submit the said NOC before the Court.
Then you can argue the case in person. OTHERWISE NOT.
