please give me(man) any solution,

one woman who is always give us sarcasm to me,may wife & other of my family, she want that, we don't live there place, where we are living now, she always upset to my family by verios reason like electric cable it is connected at his roof and water it is connected at in front of his home.

please give me solution

any criminal low againt her than tell us

That is Either do not receive (accept) her such GIFTS or RETURN HER EQUALLY.
