Siddhi,

Unless the entire charge-sheet is not looked into along with the FIR lodged and statement of witnesses and the investigation done by Police, nothing could be opined.

I would like to say something. Whether its a case of suicide or bride burning can only be seen after looking to the FIR and the charges leveled/pressed.

What help? There is a difference between what appears to someone and what is found during investigation. If girl's parents feel something fishy, they would not hesitate to file an FIR. Rest depends upon the findings of investigation made by the police.

What is your query? The police can start case of murder or abetment of suicide including dowry death.
If police does nothing then go to Magistrate.
