It is real time query for my personel life.
Please reply.
1)Marriage dated : xx/October/2010
2)She went to her house with her parents on xx/June/2011
3)She filed the case of 498a via 126(3)
4)False crime of beating happend 4 months back and FIR is done after 2 months of false crime date via 156(3).

It is 156(3) crpc not 126(3) what you have been stating.

It is the court to judge after completion of trial as whether the case is proved or not. Even if the case is not proved that does not make the case false.

Without wasting time apply for anticipatory bail.

Arrest by police is envisaged under law as it is a cognizable offence and warrant case.
