Non payment of salary by top class ngo for notice period after settling in black and white

Sir,
I was working for top class NGO for 2 yrs.
Post delistig/blacklisting of NGO,raising lot of hue and cry that they are in financial crisis ,they settled the salary at 2/3rd for the notice period,somehow they got the blacklisting tag removed.NOTHEY ARE NOT PAYING THE SETTLED AMOUNT,ASKING ME TO SIGN AUGUDT SALARY AGAN AND AGAIN. NOTICE WAS FROM 1/10/2012TO 31/10/2012.PLEASE HELP,HOW TO PROCEED.

Send them notice demanding arrears salary. If they still refuse then you have only option of filing civil suit only which may not be a very cost effective.

Once you settled the salary for the notice period, no cause of action remains with you to claim for full salary though the settlement was made in the compelling circumstances.
You cannot resile from the agreement.
