we are 3 sister & 3 brother.we all are married before 1990.we have so many grandfather lands. but my father expired in 1986 and my mother expired in 1991.after expiring my parents my brother are sold out some properties without taking ours signature.(some properties sold in 1992, some properties in 1996,some properties in 2002 & some properties in 2010)but still RTC is in my father name. we are asking 0.1% of whole share but they are not ready to give that much also. please advice me what we do the next proses.

If we are filing the case in the court it will help full, please anybody help me.

If the property in the hands of your grand father was ancestral then you sisters have 1/4 share in the entire property left by him and rest 3/4 belong to your brothers and if the property was self acquired of your grand father then you sisters are having equal share with your brothers means all brothers and sisters have individually equal share.

In the given case, you all may file civil suits seeking the sale deeds as set aside and can further obtain stay order against them and can further demand in the same suit partition and possession as per your share as mentioned by me above.

Additionally you can also file criminal case against your brothers as they have done illegal transactions hiding your names as owners to that property which stands sold.
