Discontinuance of managing commitee of co - op society

Dear all,
For some untoward alligation by one of the society member, the members of the managing committee have resigned thus putting all the members of society in inconvienient position.
As such there is no society office functioning and thus the society's maintainence dues are pending since 3 - 4 month.
This was inform to registrar of the co op dept..
in absence of disfunction of society office
My querries are ;
1) I have to give my flat on rent . to whom should I intimate about my renting of Flat?
2) I have not changed the name on the electricity bill which is still in the name of builder. Flat is 8 years old and I have purchased this flat in 2010. Kindly guide me in this respect.

1. Just leave a letter seeking permission to be provided within a time of week should be left by you with due receipt of concerned clerek or a registered letter and after a week, let out your flat.
2. For this vital matter, you shall have to wait for the dispute resolution.
