Road to enter my land

Dear sir
i and my brother have 2 acres of land it has jointly it has been registered,the land is in heart of the village that too a road side both side of our land the house has been constructed,in front of my two acres some 15 guntas of land taken by my uncel 40yrs back,now they r not giving the road middle of the road,if they give the road 20feet the people will come to buy the land in guntas to construct the house to live,one gunta is nearly 75000rs .kindly guide me.

If part of land was used as road, one get easement, and it cannot be stopped now.

You are late comer. What were you doing when the construction had started?
You shall have to wait now for the years to get the desired results of your civil suit for easementry rights. The path being used by you since last many years shall have to be vacated by your uncle but after a long long legal battle so it shall be good if the settlement is made with him.
