I have not declared pension as income to my present employer for FY-2012-2013. And while computing salary of my present employer the total income does not attract income tax, but calculating the pension along with definitely attracts income tax. It is obvious that Form-16 which will be issued by my employer will not show the Pension part. I want to pay income tax now. How to pay income tax and file ITR within 31 st July 2013? I have not filed ITR for preceding years.

Receive form 16 (of pension received)from the Bank / department from where you are receiving the pension. Calculate tax on total taxable income and deposit the tax file the return before last date.

But my accumulated pension for the year too will not attract any tax !

You shall have to club both income in the return and thus the same shall be taxable.

So, an ITR will be accompanied by two Form-16s?

You were obliged to intimate the details of income (pension) whatever you have been receiving from the past employer to your present employer to enable him to deduct tax at source.
Now you will have to deposit the tax in time, or if not deposited, you will have to pay penalty also for late payment.
