If the socirty hss not rasied maintaiance bills since formation what is time limit for co-op housing society to recover outtsnding dues

There is no limit as such, however, the maintenance bill is by and large, raised in advance for consumption in the ensuing period.
The GBM may allow/ask for maintenance for elapsed period also, if required, which depends upon number of factors such as to reimbursed the corpus from where funds have been taken out for maintenance etc etc.

The managing commitee has not given indemnity under m20 and the registra has given a letter stating that the in view of that it is presumed that they have resigned and further goes on to say that they have no record of who are the members of the managing
commitee and neither record of any returning officer who conducted the election as pet cooperative act

Cooperative Societies is a State subject which differ slightly from one to other, by and large it is similar, which state do you belong?
