Respected seniors,
i have filed one consumer complaint against insurance company regarding insurance claim of damaged green house/poly house. My case is fixed for arguments . honourable president has asked my that you have not intimated the insurance company within time and your damages was not assessed by any official of insurance company.
Sir, my submission is that i have informed the company by simple letter but postal receipt are missing . I have also sent notices to the company after six months but no action was taken by the company . No surveyor was appointed by company , in short nothing has been done by company. but case is going against me due to non intimation to company of damages of green house . Is there any law which help me , if intimation to insurance company is not given in time that can be excusable .
