My wife has filed case under 498a in 2007. We have filed under 482 in allahabad high court. Today there was hearing in high court . My father appeared with advocate. On last hearing court gave last chance to my wife to file counter answer within week and then we would have one week to file rejoinder if we want and hearing was fixed for today after 3 weeks.her lawyer filed reply today by giving some stupid reasons and court didnt said anything. Her lawyer said she wants To stay with husband n judge didnt give any chance to us to say anything n order that me n my parents n my wife should appear before court on next hearing.
it is necessary to mention that current judge was session judge in lower court n my mother gave written complaint againt the magistrate n court staff that thry r helping the girl to misuse law.he called magistrate n reviewed his order partly ...
today I court judge used threatening language...he said he remembers we hav complained him... n his behavior was rude towards us n when we raised points with law that we r innocent he was nt ready to take it....
my question is can judge force me to take my wife ....how can I refuse him.... it seems he is partial....how can I take a girl back after 6 years when she has filed criminal case against me n my family even against my married sisters.. she ia trying to gain sympathy to hide her own cruelty...she knows it if I will fight my case of my own I will definitely win as I have plenty of documentary evidence about where as she doesnt have even single one....please guide..

If your wife has realised her mistakes and is now ready to mend her ways then you can think of taking her back.

No she has not realised evn outside court her brother keeps threatening that he would put us behind bars as he has gud approach with judges...
