for the past 2 and half me and my wife is living separately. My child of 4 yrs is also with her. My wife is not ready to live with me in my house or rented house. she demands she will live only after the completion of a new house which is under construction and need more money that we cannot find within our limits. She is reluctant to show any love, affection, carefulness and attachment towards me.4 years back I moved to family court for getting my wife back. At court she agreed to live with me in a rented house and did it for 6 to 8 months. Then started to make new house and stopped living with me. What can I do?

your wife has no intentions of staying with you .she dosent need you any more . from the facts stated by you it appears she is more interested in money . since your are not able to give her a luxurious life style she has left you .

Desertion
Also she agreed to reside in rented house, and changed her words.
So you file Divorce on basis of desertion & cruelty, as not cohabited for long period.
Seems she don't want Divorce. Try MCD.
