Dear Sir,
my son is 2.5 years old.I have just got order of visitation right.
My son is my wife custody.
Mother is Govt.Servant & father is Software Professional

1)Can father ask before the court that he wants to admit the child in his
on choice school in the mother area?

2)Can a father ask all responsibility of education of his son at his own cost?

3)Will court allow my petition ?

4)Can father ask for visitation right in school also?

you can offer your suggestions . if you are ready to pay school bills why should your wife have any problem . you wont get visitation rights in school .

school is meant for your child education . you can have visitation rights when your son has holiday

My wife wants to admit him in local govt primary school
But i wants admit him renowned English medium school or central school .
That is why i think to submit petition before the court.

If i ask to admit him in my choice school,
will court allow?

You should prey the court with the request that the step is in the best of interest of the child. If convinced court may allow.

You can definitely offer and can get chance as desired. If you care for the welfare of the child, it shall ultimately ay be on many counts.

Apply in Court.
If not allowed, appeal in High Court, and order will be passed in ur fvr.
U will also be allowed to go to school, discus the edu prblm with teacher, and involve yourself in Edu of your child.
