Passport verification certificate

I want to apply for passport in TATKAL scheme.I got verification certificate on Rs.20/- non judicial stamp by first class magistrate judge of Tadipatri. whether it is acceptable? and identified by advocate appointed by A.P. government.I got affidavit through NOTARY on annexure.Still I am in dubious state. Please guide me.

The certifcate of date of birth,address proof,should be produced apart from affidavit tot he passport issuing authorities.

VC is given in the letter head of issuing authorities along with their identity proof attested. Then two proofs must be attached with the vc as your address proof
