Society plot purchase procedure

Dear sir.
I want to purchase the plot from goverment registered socity. details are as below-
one one owner Shinde has purchased 13 acres land .then he formed 13 housing societies .for which he made socity head from his frind circle .now he do not have his name any where in 13 socities but he has full control over socity .
now i am purchasing plot from shinde he is giving assurance that sicity head will come from registry of plot .
now i want to get clear following question
1)what care i Have to take before registry .2) in one society total plots are 11 nos i am purchasing 6 plots .so should i tell society to remove these plots from society so that plots will be independent. and while selling again those plots i should not need permission of society .
3)same Society has 11 plots & 11 members but plots are not allotted to members means all plots are on societies name only .what i have to atke care if any member take objection.

Society plots belong to the Society and cannot be sold.
Only membership pertaining to the plot may be transferred.
