Withdraw my name from civil file against personal loan

Sir/Madam,
I was having a Fluton Personal loan which I had settled. But they forcefully entered my name in Civil, which I am unaware.I had paid 24 emi of 3705 and settled with 70 thousand rs.
I want to withdraw my name from civil file.
Please guide me what to do in an urgent basis.You suggestion and guidance is required.For that I am ready to pay the fraction amount.

If you have settled your account your name must be shown under settled account in CIBIL. Take a clearance letter from the financer of personal loan and show it to your new financer from whom you want to get the loan. Write to the CIBIL for removing your name from defaulter list. Take up the matter with CIBIL through your old financer also.

1. Take a no due or clearance certificate from the Bank, if you have cleared the loan,
2. Ask the Bank to post with the fact with CIBIL accordingly.
