Legal notice-bond breaking during a period

Hi, im priya

my brother has worked in one company and now he left that company and joined in new company and that too in abroad,

now that company has send the legal notice and ask to pay 1,50,000.

now my family situation is too bad we cant able to pay that much big amount

pls help me to solve or how to reply back to the letter

you should engage a lawyer and reply to them,

you alone solve this problem because the company was sent legal notice, so you also send by legal notice that is rule of law.

before have you earlier company agreement ?

You have not stated complete facts.what were the terms and conditions to appoint your brother in company and on what base company has issued notice to your brother?without going through the terms and conditions settled between your bsrother and company,proper opinion is not possible.

Terms and conditions of the bond need be examined properly to find any solution.

Contact a local lawyer and show him all the documents, appointment letter and copy of Bond. Reply notice.

Your brother can also give reply to the notice. Before that have to examine as under:

a) What bond is executed and on what instrument?

b) Any reasonable cause to breach the bond?

c)Any special training provided for the Job and what amount acrrued on training? If not then you need not worry about bond but what was the notice period and salary to be compensated?

Employment is a simple contract beween employer and employee so need to be performed provided the terms are not arbitrary.

If you and your brother is able to explain these then ofcourse you may reply to the notice without lawyer.
