Respected all,
we are filing revision petition u/s 397 CrPC and acting as inperson thus need sugession in this regard.
One is the other party and someone has said that in revision petition u/s 397 CrPC we shall mare state as a Party. But it is private complaint filed by other party.
Petition we are trying to file is it essential to make state as a party where state is not involved at all till date.
please guide with your valuable suggestion we are acting as in-person.

Dear Querist the state should be party in revision petition because the party who filed the revision is aggrieved by the court order, due to this reason the state should be add as party but it is not compulsory, it can be without state.

There is no requirement to implead State as one of parties in revision if the same is not a party to the original complaint.
