Builder not forming partment association.

Totally there are 9 flats out of which the 2 flats are yet to be sold. The agreement entered says that the builder will decide when to form association the agreement is entered under Maharashtra APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT 1970.WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE WITH US.

Select one member as promoter and apply for registration thru non cooperation.

Do we need to sent legal notice before that, since deed of apartment is yet to be done. Out of seven owners how many minimum owners are required to form association and where to register the association in nashik

send polite letter to builder . dont antagonize builder by issuing legal notice . contact a local lawyer
