Pshyciatric test against her to get the truth from her mouth is allowed in indian laws???

(Querist) 18 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
we got married 5 months back, as my wife is always blaming lie on myself(we dont get even single paise of dowry) and during marriage she lived me with only for 15 days happily after that she went for higher studies and not showing interest to pick a house in the place to leave a life even in the weekend where she is staying(am working in another city) and not showing interest to come to my home even in her vacation, when enquired in their home also their parents not showing interest to send her with me, so when filing RCR, can i ask police or court to ask their herself and her mother to undergo psychatric test(like lie detector test???) so that we can come to know the truth from their mouth itself(what and all they have thinked criminally) is it possible in indian laws?

No, you can not in RCR.
If you file suit for divorce on insanity then you can pray for such tests.

This is not such a dangerous offence that lie detector test can be conducted. From where you people get such ideas or whether the frustrations make you all feel to ask such absurd questions?

I Agree with DJ Barman
