help regarding appointment

inform the company in advance that you shall not be joining the organisation on 10th february 2014 so that it can make alternative arrangements .
if you have made a commitment you should honour it .
if you have failed to join company on due date may issue you legal notice to pay 3 months cost as per appointment letter duly signed by you

company will file suit to recover amount agreed as per appointment letter in contract of service

Thanks for the advise.

But the joining date is wrong in the appointment and the appointment letter is printed on company letterhead, not on stamp paper.

Still the company can trouble me??

I am asking this, if the new company can files any case on me, i can join the new organization. Instead of continuing with current organization.

Company can file, decision depends upon new company.

Atleast you would have signed the Acceptance Letter or other documents with proper dates so stop thinking of taking advantage on typical errors and DO AS ADVISED BY ABOVE EXPERTS
