How to enter in a on going civil case related to me.

Sir,
My two brothers are fighting a city civil case regarding a partition of property.
They wrote my name in the case because i have share in the property, but i never entered in that case .Now i have to show some evidence in that case.
How should i enter in that case.
Please advice me.

if not then engage an advocate and file yours.
Thereafter you would be called to give your evidence.
