Mutation appeal case

(Querist) 12 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I have sold a land of area 22 dec. and registred it after that mutate the land in my name on 22.02.2013. After a lapse of one year one of the sharer file a mutation appeal case in court of sub-collector. So as per the orissa mutation mannual objection period is 45 days so how the court receive the case and what is my next step, please guide me sir.

Even if an appeal has been filed at belated stage, it shall not be refused to be entertained rather it shall be decided after inviting the objections from the opposite party.
