Rigistration of death after 3 years

(Querist) 03 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Further to my query on obtaining order from JMFC for death certificate after 3 years of death. I have gone through Registration of Births Anmd Deaths Act, 1969. The Act only specifies that order is to be obtained from JMFC if registration of death is to be made after one year. any more explanation Sirs?

It is mandatory to get order form the JMFC court to get enter birth or death date after one year.
