Hi Team,
I had filed Divorce petition in Mar 2009. After so many effort to push it to final stage now the matter it is kept for final order in next week. Opposite party has nothing to prove but to extend/delay the matter as long as possible and harass me & my family all possible ways. Also in between since Mar 2010 she is not living with me (as she left house after assaulting my mother to bleeding injury where is she is convicted for 1 month SP). I am very much confident about result in my favor. However, to be careful, I request your advise in either case what action I should take once result is announced. I feel even after my divorce petition is allowed other party would challenge it in High Court.
Kindly advise what should I do if result in either in my favor or not.

wait for decision of family court . your wife can apply for certified copy of order and file appeal within 3 months

Aggrieved from the decision of court the aggrieve party has rights to appeal in higher court. In this case your wife has also such right.
