We have DTCP approved layout with 40 residental building and reserved site of 50 cents. Pleas clarify the reserved site is for the useage of DTCP approved site owners or any public can use this.

If reserved to be left within boundary of colony then to be used by building owners
and if outside the campus then for general public.

Yes, as experts opined, if the reserved site is within the campus of the DTCP approved area, it will be for the benefit of the colony or the layout building owners and not for public use.
