respectd experts,
there is a satsang bhawan in the middle of our colony , which disturbs the public by using loudspeaker for their satsang..it creates a huge problem for us because we cant sleep on sundays,students cant study,no1 cant watch tv ,no1 cant talk on phne until their satsang get finishd..despite the loudspeakr problem they criticise religious festivals during their satsang..few years ago their people fought with one sikh ,they beaten him badly..they ocupied a govt. water handpump in their premises although it was fittd by govt on road for public..
1. i want to knw is their any rule or law in India to establish these satsang bhawan..is this right to establish it in a colony or populatd area..
2.how can i approach to govt or district authority against this satsang bhawan..
3.what points should i furnish in complaint..

To control the noise pollution, all the colony people can file a police complaint.
Regarding Govt.water hand-pump similar complaint with the Municipality which provided the pump as public utility.

If it is a real public nuisance, you may approach the police first for the nuisance as well as disturbance, then you may approach the Municipal authorities for banning or controlling such activities in the residential areas after this you may approach civil court for permanent injunction.

AT FIRST YOU SHALL HAVE TO FILE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT ( MASS PETITION ), BEFORE THE DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, DISTRICT MAGISTRATE,& POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD. IF NO RELIEF FOUND YOU CAN FILE A PUBLIC LITIGATION CASE IN THE HIGH COURT FOR RELIEF AND REDRESS.
