Mofa court

Dear Experts, our society has filed a MOFA case against our developer for irregularity done for redevelopment. Our developer says that he will make setting with court by political pressure & will make sure that society lose case. we MC members have doubt is this possible? if we feel that judge is favoring developer, can we ask reason for such judgement passed by judge? even though evidence is favoring society?

builder is just trying to pressurise you . it is not easy to buy out judges for favourable verdict . even if you lose you can go in appeal

The claim of the builder has no weight, Judiciary can not be purchased, even if verdict against you, may go in appeal.
