Compromise suit in high court

We(plaintiffs) with mutual consent(with defendants)want to put compromise suit in high court of andhrapradesh.
1)how to inform the court and get the date for hearing
2)generally after how many days we get the date
3)whether the agreed amount of rupees has to be given in the presence of judge

first file suit . serve defendants . then later file consent terms . you can have case placed on board for filing consent terms . pay by demand draft only and mention details in consent terms . hand it over at time of filing consent terms in court
