Property under bigger huf

My grand father and his two brothers while dividing properties in the year 1946 set apart a site from the joint properties,kept under a joint schedule.Later on all the three brothers contributed equally and constructed a building in the year 1960.Now we want to sell the property .My grand father expired in the year 1962,my gran father by first wife had two daughters and for the second wife two sons,one daughter.Later in the year 2005,2010 the two daughters of his first wife expired.They are having sons and daughters,will they get the share in above HUF property as per present laws.
