A wife after compromising on 498a in a lower courts. Now slips away from the husbands house almost daily on pretext of getting peace in various prayers houses in the city. She carries A suicide note in her hand bag alleging against the husband.
In the past i.e post 498a, she twice took sleeping pills and but surprisingly no police case by inlaws as de-vomiting done by her mother at home itself.
On visit to Psychiatrist as accompanied by her mother, the doctor could not conclude whether it is pyscho problem or deliberate action?
It looks like there is legal threat to husband again in the event of wife slipping away from home or missing or unforeseen ultimate decisions by wife?
what needs to be done by husband, experts you valuable advise?

file for divorce on grounds f mental cruelty . in said petition mention about wife constant threats to commit suicide . about her carrying such a note in her purse.
in the event tomorrow she commits suicide you wont have to suffer as you have in your divorce petition mentioned about her suicidial tendencies .
