Dear Sirs, I am not frequently in English so i asked my question in Hindi,
Meri maa ke father ki property hai (jo ab dead ho gaye hain) us property mein ab mere mama rehte hain,or meri ma sugar patient hain un ki tabeet thik nahi rehti,woh apne bhai se property apna property mangti hain tu bhai bolte hain ki de dun ga per dete nahi hain, kya agar meri maa ko kuch ho gaya tu mein us property pe claim kar sakta hun,, app ki slah mere liye bahut mahatpurn hai, property Bihar mein hain or hum sab West bengal mein rehte hain,kirpiya kar ke app sab apna keemty rayy dijye mujhe,, app sab ka aabhari,, sabir kahn

Besides agreeing to the above advice, I would like to add a reply to your subsequent question that in the event of of your mother's sad demise without getting her legitimate share, her legal heirs, i.e., you, your brothers, sisters and your father will be eligible to acquire/inherit that share which was your mother's right in her father's property.

sirs, meri maa ke pass aisa koi bhi evidence nahi hai jis se unke father kon the yeh pata chale, meine suncha ki unki shadi (nikah) ka papper hoga per 1979 mein bihar mein muslim socity me nikah srif bol ke karyi jati thi papper work nahi hota tha or na hi unka Ration Card hai wahun ka na hi Voter ID, in situation mein mujhe kya karna chiye,jahun tak mein janta hun ki property ke dawa karne se pehle un ke pass koi ek such document hona chiye ki un ke father ka naam yeh hai,
App ki salah chaye kirpaya mujhe batiye, app sab ka abhari sabir khan
