I had purchased a land in Bangalore in the year 2007 and got the sales deed. The land(Aipro County) was the agriculture land at that point of time and the seller mentioned that it would be converted into commercial land in 4-5 months and I could register it. And the land has not been converted yet.
I paid an initial amount of Rs1,50,000 and they are not refunding it. Please let me know if you can provide assistance here and what would be the charges

you had paid advance in 2007 of Rs 1,50,000 . you ought to have filed for refund of advance money within period of 3 years ie 2010 .

was registered sales deed entered into? are you in possession of land please clarify .

I only have the sales deed and the land is not registered. they mentioned that I should be able to register it in 6 months of the purchase. But since they were not able to acquire the land on their name, there was no way I could register and they are not processing the refund. What do you advice here for me to recover the money
