Hi,
Sir we want to register our RWA(residence welfare association) because we want our area neat and clean and developed.
I just want to know how we can register for this and how much amount is needed to register.
please reply me as soon as possible.

There are two nways.
1.The residents can form a Cooperative society with the members/allottes and undertake the cleaning and other miscellaneous works
2You can register the same with the society Registrar and run the same.

Whether you want association to coordinate cleaning work with Government / development agency / municipality or society to take cleaning work and collect the charges from members / residents ? If you want association, elect office bearers and inform the concerned agency doing cleaning and coordinate with them.

Consult a local lawyer for formation and registeration of RWA, it is procedural. You have to prepare number of documents and proceed.
