You can call for deposition, the Municipal authority / sanctioning authority to verify the actual plan sanctioned. Prey for Advocate commissioner for site verification.

What is the document of so called "plan of property" which you doubt to be forged? Be specific.
Generally plan is submitted to Municipal authorities/Town Planner for getting the same approved for construction of the property in a specific manner/design/ engineering the building. In this case, it do not affect the status of title/ claim/interest of the plaintiff qua plan. Hence how is the defendant affected for making hue and cry?

If the document is controversial and need to be verified, you may ask the plaintiff to prove it through the author of the document if necessary or to place his reliability on it. Do not allow it to be marked during evidence. Discuss with your lawyer about further action on it.
