Sir i need to know is there chance to litigate inaam land.

Dear Sir,
I am talking about my Grand mother's inaam land which was granted to her Father by name Late Muddaiah and he has two child one is my Grand mother Name Smt Rangamma and her sister name Chikkarangamma both are 80+age now, about the case the land is located at Baddihalli village Tumkur District and the survey no of that are 13 (4.33acre0 and 39( 1.18 acre)some near people to the land put case telling i am tanant and for that case our Grand mother fight to over come them it took 50years and as of now tenant were been rejected and now the case is streanthen towards my grnad mother but my grand mother younger sister's son who involving with tenancy peoples and local MLA's at tumkur and he trying to sale through litigation by fraudly/and using some tactics like giving money to our grand mother son's, So i need to final this case through litigation by using proper owner ship rights and the same has having my Grand mother and her younger sister.
Some of lawyers and my grand mother Sister's family people stolen the property documents and given to opposite parties.

Discuss local lawyer and show him full case file as local law involved. Can move for a stay on sale of property.
