Regarding correction of boundaries

Hi there,
Can some one please give suggestion to me on the below Query :
We have taken a loan from one of bank , and re paid the due to bank after some time, now the bank has agreed to release the mortgage cancellation through my home town registration office, during this process the boundaries of the Property has been mispelled as ' Bhagya instead of Padma ' i.e Property - East side - Padma has to written, but in Document it is mispelled as Bhagya .. and the mortagae cancellation registration has been successfully done.
Is there any problem with this boundaries information, i.e all other boundaries are fine except this mispelling and in all other Docuemnts it is correctly displayed as Padma , only Bank released mortgage document has this error .
Can some one kindly confirm me if there any issue in near future if i would like to sale the property ? The Document writer has already charged so much amount from me and i am unable to bare this now .. Please help me out.

the Bank authorities may execute a rectification deed altering the East boundary and get be registered in the same sub registry office. it costs only registration fees and a less stamp duty.

Hi Sir,
Thanks for the reply. Could you also please confirm is this mandatory to do this rectification Deed as this should happen only in my Home town, which is a 400 kms far from where am staying , as this property is from from my grandfather's self earned, where he provided the same to me and my father via will and Father has again issued me Registered Gift deed, in all these Documents it is clearly and correctly mentioned as Padma only , but for this release cancellation only has this problem (i.e except Boundary name spelling issue , all other stuff like Survey number /Door number and remaining 3 boundaries are as Exact.)
Kindly suggest me the best suggestion, Awaiting your reply.

Also, Please confirm is this same process like keeping witnesses ready for the registration a side and money expenditure etc ... Please do the needful sir . I am little worrying about this mistake.

You have been advised to approach the bank to get a rectification deed executed so that the cancellation of mortgage deed will be effective.

Also, Could you please confirm in online eEC , i observed that Nature of the property as Receipt (R.T.D.M) .. could some one let me know what exactly R.T.D.M stands for ?
