If a Hindu gets converted to a Religion which does not have any Recognition of Caste then He/She would not have any benefit for the same.

With due apologies to the learned expert Shri Rajkumar, there is no disclosure in the query that the queriest has converted to Islam. As such, if she still continues to be a Hindu, she continues to be entitled to all the benefits of the SC community.

Whether you have changed your religion at the time of marriage or you have married under special marriage act without changing your religion?

Your marriage will be covered under Special marriages act. You do not have to worry about losing your birth status, it will be secured until you have not officially embraced the other religion. The reservation meant and provided by the government in your case will remain in tact and you can very well avail them.
