Applying for Birth Certificate after 20years of my birth

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Anil Kumar V, I was born in Bangalore in 22/06/1993 and i'm pursing my studies till now in Bangalore,But I don't have my birth certificate because my parents have not registered my birth when I was born because I was born in house not in any hospitals.So can I kindly know how to apply for the Birth certificate now in Bangalore

First thing you have to obtain a no entry certificate from the concerned tahsildar. Mean where your born.

After that you have to file a petition before the concern judicial magistrate court to get a direction to register your birth. You should pay the delay charge. After that the tahsildar will register your birth and issue the certificate to you as per the court order.

Agree with Sri.Thanga pandian.
If your place of birth is city, birth is registered at Municipal Corporation and not by Tahsildar.
So, get certificate from Corporation.
If it is village, get it from Tahsildar

Approach the concerned Registrar of birth and deaths, know the procedure for late register the birth, complete the formalities and proceed.
