Nilgai (blue bull) is a protected species and hunting of this species has been long banned.
The act states that hunting of schedule I animals, including lions and tigers, attract a minimum imprisonment of three years which could be extended upto seven years.
On the other hand, offences related to trade and commerce in trophies and animals parts, attract imprisonment upto three years and a fine upto Rs 25,000

In the capacity of a civil engineer, were you transporting the meat of Nilgai in your official vehicle or a private vehicle and from which place to which place you were transporting the same?

I think expert Mr. Ajay Sethi has rightly observed that the author is got trapped in the incidence and want to know the loop holes of the law to escape the legal action for the offence. His continuous silence reminds.
