Sir,
i and my wife living in Delhi.my wife is from mathura.my brother in law merried from rajasthan (deeg).My brother in law only one male persion in there family.but now my brother in law died by poison and according his died deceleration her wife is responsible,police is working on it last 3 year.case is not in court.
nisha (wife of died persion)is not living with there father in law after died there husband.
some time me and my wife come and help our father in law.
main thing is that nisha write a case domestic violence from rajasthan and blaming on Me,my wife,my mother in law and my father in law. court send me the notice two time in father in law address but notice was not taken beacause we are not living there.
please help me

First to tell me what allegations she leveled and when you not received notice how you know that suit for domestic violence has been filed

If police has lodged any FIR engage a lawyer and defend.
Write and meet higher officers of the police regarding death of your brother in law.
