Sir
wife has filed application under crpc 125 for maintenance and also filed divorce petition on cruelty. Now I want to allege other grounds like llicit relation and cruelty on her part , should I file separate petition or application in same case.

You need not to file separate petition for divorce.raise all objections/grounds in ws.Court Will frame issues on the allegations made in petition and objections raised in ws and deliver the judgment on issues.

If she has filed divorce petition, you have to give your counter to it, in that you can include all your averments including your version of allegations against her. Even in the counter for her 125 petition, you may include them as your side averments to repudiate her claim.
