NWB in 138

Once case is filled on my company of 138, we settled it pitbof court it is of 5000 the complainer singed letter and said he will tell his lawyer to withdraw took Rs. 36000 he did not do this the court has issued a NWB for all the directors.

My Question

a. does this letter have any value

b. Does the cops serve the warrant or arrest

1. Yes letter will prove his guilt.
2. Yes but if the police does not serve warrant ask the court to issue direction on Commissioner or SP to get the W/A executed.

Warrant issued is appearance in the court so appear in the court with your advocate and apply for cancellation of warrant.

You should have requested for withdrawal of case on same day when payment made.

Now confront the party before the court with the facts and request for dismissal of case.
